INDEPENDENT IMPARTIAL PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Noisedirect operates under an economical and carefully structured fixed fee pricing system. Nevertheless, we recognise that some noise sufferers are saddled with the added burdens of hardship and poverty. These vulnerable groups have often been let down by statutory agencies and are additionally restricted from seeking practical help and solutions for their noise problems, due to fiscal barriers. Often they simply cannot afford to access our services, no matter how competitive.

We believe that the provision of advice, information and advocacy services for all sectors of the community is an inherent component of social justice. We also firmly believe that all organisations and companies have a role to play in the creation of a just and equal society. It is our commitment to these principles which led to the creation of NoiseAid, in August 2006.

NoiseAid is a pro bono service which is supported by Noisedirect and Sanctum Consultants; aimed at meeting the needs of specific, vulnerable, noise sufferers. Since its inception, NoiseAid has assisted many individuals, enabling them to progress their noise problems with a view to achieving, effective, lasting and permanent solutions and improving their quality of life.

NoiseAid seeks to secure social justice for some of society's most disenfranchised members through; empowerment and support, managing conflict, safeguarding their basic rights and helping achieve a peaceful environment.
